Follow Ron to Herbology
You begin outside Hogwarts. Follow Ron to Herbology class. Before you enter, however, there will be a chest with a Bronze Card (21/50) located beyond the classroom. Get that, and then go to Herbology class, where you will learn the "Diffindo" Spell.
